It soon became apparent that the English side were struggling for numbers so other nationalities joined in to form a Rest of the World side. The event was organised by <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Paul Newton<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, who captained the Rest of the World side against the Welsh side captained by <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">Richard Bradshaw<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. The match was played at <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Dewstow Golf Club<\/span><\/span><\/strong> near Caldicot, with Wales coming out winners. The event was resurrected during the 2002 season with the Nomads Society by now having a full calendar of events of which this match was to become its centrepiece.
