That gave the person who won the first round the same score as the person who won the second round, etc., rather than who actually scored more stableford points, as the courses were of different difficulties. The decimals on the values in the Rnd1 and Rnd2 columns are the way the spreadsheet deals with the countback issue, so if you have a larger decimal figure you had a better countback figure, and automatically sorted higher.
